Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided.
Shipping will be in a generic courier bag or generic courier box. No branding will be placed on the outside – keeping to our promise of discretion.

6. Returns and Refunds

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on adult products unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery if an item is defective.
Refunds will only be processed once the item has been inspected and approved.
